Who can apply to become a TRUEVOLT seller?
Refurbished electronics businesses with a verifiable identity, GST or shop registration, and a physical branch in India can register on Seller Web and complete business verification.

Verified sellers reach buyers who value condition transparency and local accountability — positioning the store as a professional, verified business rather than an anonymous listing.
What listing standards must sellers follow?
Listings must accurately reflect device condition, battery health, cosmetic grade, and functional status when those details are provided. Misrepresentation can result in removal from the platform.
How do seller plans work?
Sellers subscribe on Seller Web, monthly or yearly. Starter, Growth, and Pro include listing and branch capacity. Extra Branch and Extra Listing Pack add-ons are available. Standard capacity supports up to 1,000 listings and 10 branches. Larger needs go through an Enterprise enquiry at sellers@truevolt.in — Enterprise is not an online checkout plan.
Is there a trial for paid seller plans?
Yes. New sellers can try Starter, Growth, or Pro for 90 days with no charge today. The trial is once per seller account and starts on Seller Web. You get the listing and branch capacity of the plan you choose. Billing for that plan starts when the trial ends unless you stop renewing. The Free plan is separate: it stays available with a smaller listing limit and is not the same as the trial.
Is there a Free plan?
Yes. TrueVolt Free is a permanent plan with 10 active listings, 1 branch, and basic Sales and Insights. You can start on Free and upgrade to a paid plan anytime on Seller Web.
Do sellers pay commission on sales?
No. TRUEVOLT does not take a commission on your sales. Listing and branch capacity are subscription-based. You keep what you earn from the buyer.
What happens after the trial ends?
Billing for the paid plan you chose starts when the 90-day trial ends, unless you stop renewing on Seller Web. If the plan does not renew, you can continue on Free with 10 active listings and 1 branch.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes happen on Seller Web. You can move to a different listing-capacity plan or continue on Free. Checkout is not on this website.
